There are not enough words to describe how much I appreciate what Diana Sames has done for us!! It was a long road trying to accomplish something that didn't even seem possible. Had it not been for her we would have never got it done. She is very patient and easy to deal with but most of all what I have said since I have met her she is the hardest worker I have ever met. Always on top of everything no matter what time it is. It is shocking! I have never met so many people in the real estate business, until moving to Florida, and none of them I have met even come close in comparison to Diana. With that being said she will always be highly recommended by me!! (less)

Diana did an excellant job in overseeing the short sale of my home and I will recommend her to all of my friends and associates.

Diana was nice enough but I had a bad vibe about the townhomes she showed me. The construction was not complete, there were 9 units and 6 were vacant and there were past due utility notices from the city of Gulfport on every door. Those were the first red flags. The next was when the realtor - builder asked for first, last plus security up front BEFORE finishing the bedroom floors. (they were literally unfinished, no carpet, hardwood nothing)
Bottom line: I walked away, actually I ran! My impression was the builder didn't have money to finish the project. Upon further investigation (I literally had a records check done by a professional) I found the city had liens against the property/builder for non-payment of utilities, the property appeared to be in bank foreclosure (according to court records) and the builder had several lawsuits pending against him. I did not feel Diana was working with my best interest in mind. (less)
